My Approach
I take pride in being able to provide a reliable, cost effective and secure service. Which is why I ensure I take the necessary steps to fully understand your pet and your home prior to caring for your companions.

Enquiry
Feel free to call, email or complete the contact form to request my sitting service. Please provide as much information about your home and pets that I will need to know whilst caring for your companion.

Meet and Greet
Once the enquiry has been processed I will then arrange a meet and greet with you at your home so that I can assess your pet and learn about any special requirements your pet or home may have.

Sit Agreed & Deposit Paid
After a successful meet and greet I will then confirm the service with you and agree times and dates for departure and arrival. At this time a deposit of 50% of the fee will be paid.

Sit Actioned
Whilst you are away I will be at your home with your pets making sure they are having a great time in a calm and comfortable environment, ensuring to attend to all of your pets needs as agreed with you. Upon your return, I will hand the keys to your home back and debrief you on my stay with your pets.

Payment Sent
Once the sitting service has been completed you will be provided with an invoice for the rest of the fee. Balance payments are required by 'payment due' date as listed on the invoice. Payment can be made via cash or bank transfer. Payment details will be outlined in the invoice.

*Additional charges apply on Bank Holidays
Cancellations - A 50% non-refundable/non-transferable holding fee is payable at the time of booking home sitting dates. If cancellation occurs less that 14 days before the booking then 100% of all fees are to be paid.
